Sporting Event
On the 13th day we woke up at
around 9:30 except for Emma she woke up at 11:00. We hung out in
the room until 12 and skipped breakfast. When it was time for lunch we all got
into the car and went on the lookout for some were to eat. We finally found a
little shack on the side of the road that served this chicken and bean soup. It
was really well cooked. By the time we were done it was
around 12:45 and our Cricket match was at 1:30. So we went on
our 20 minute drive to the place and got into our seats. The seats were on the
side of the Jamaican team. We were front and center. The game lasted around 2
hours. The Jamaican team won by just one point. It was a very fun and
interesting game because none of us had ever seen one. After the match we all
piled into the car and drove back to the hotel. At about 5:30 we all
decided to order room service for just a nice relaxing dinner at the hotel.
After dinner we all did our own thing till about 10 when everyone was passed
out.
